Acquisition Criteria
We are always searching for our next opportunity for commercial property redevelopment, which may include some or all the following criteria:
- Industrial Properties within a 250-mile radius of Cincinnati, Ohio
- Sizes ranging from 10,000 square feet to 200,000 square feet
- Investment of $500,000 and up
- Distressed characteristics, including (but are not limited to): high vacancy, REO assets, assets in need of major capital infusions, auction properties, and absentee landlord ownership
- Industrial portfolios
- Sale-leaseback opportunities
