Acquisition Criteria
We are actively seeking opportunities for commercial property redevelopment that meet some or all of the following criteria:
- Location: Industrial properties within a 250-mile radius of Cincinnati, Ohio
- Size: Properties ranging from 10,000 to 200,000 square feet
- Investment: Minimum investment of $500,000
- Distressed Characteristics: High vacancy rates, REO assets, properties needing significant capital improvements, auction properties, and absentee landlord ownership
- Industrial Portfolios: Opportunities for acquiring entire portfolios
- Sale-Leaseback Opportunities: Transactions that allow sellers to lease back their properties
