  • Location: Industrial properties within a 250-mile radius of Cincinnati, Ohio
  • Size: Properties ranging from 10,000 to 200,000 square feet
  • Investment: Minimum investment of $500,000
  • Distressed Characteristics: High vacancy rates, REO assets, properties needing significant capital improvements, auction properties, and absentee landlord ownership
  • Industrial Portfolios: Opportunities for acquiring entire portfolios
  • Sale-Leaseback Opportunities: Transactions that allow sellers to lease back their properties
