Matt Lengerich

Matt has over 24 years of experience in the construction industry. This mainly includes residential carpentry and framing, project management and various other construction trades.

At Midwest Properties, Matt is responsible for implementing building renovation and tenant improvement projects as well as supporting the Property Management team to ensure efficient and responsive day to day operations across the portfolio. These tasks regularly include tenant communication, city and county permitting, subcontractor coordination and oversight, job cost management, and timely project delivery.
