Jared Wendling

Jared has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry including acquisitions, investment analysis, leasing, asset management, financing and equity procurement, and property revitalization. His expertise spans across many property types such as industrial, office, retail, and multifamily.

As a Partner of Midwest Properties, Jared is responsible for overseeing the acquisition and disposition of assets, procurement of debt and equity, managing the leasing personnel and overseeing the company’s leasing efforts. He is also responsible for the strategic planning and growth of the company. Since Midwest’s inception in 2017, Jared has been instrumental in helping propel the company to over 7.4+ million square feet of industrial space currently owned and operated.

Jared holds a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati.
