Jared Wendling

Jared, born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, began his real estate journey while attending college at the University of Cincinnati, where he acquired multifamily homes near campus. This hands-on experience ignited his passion for real estate, leading him to pursue a career in commercial real estate. Through the university’s Co-op program, he secured a position with a local developer, where he spent over a decade honing his skills in acquisition, investment analysis, site planning, asset management, and more, primarily in the office, mixed-use, and retail sectors.

Eventually, Jared took on the responsibility of developing the company’s acquisition platform, helping to expand its portfolio to over five million square feet. In 2017, he co-founded Midwest Properties to focus on industrial real estate, serving as Managing Partner. In this role, Jared oversees strategic initiatives, identifies market opportunities, and manages business relationships and personnel. He holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate from the University of Cincinnati.
