Dylan Kiley

Dylan has over 17 years of experience in the construction industry. He has managed and completed hundreds of projects for industrial, office, and multifamily properties throughout his career. His expertise includes comprehensive building renovations and site development, as well as planning, zoning, and design build.

Dylan is responsible for managing all Midwest Properties’ construction personnel and overseeing every aspect of the company’s construction projects from inception through completion. This includes establishing the scope of work, managing costs, maintaining safety and quality control with the achievement of a timely delivered end product. Dylan is also responsible for ensuring that the day to day property maintenance is being performed to the highest standard.
