Dan Gray

Dan has over 10 years of experience working in different facets of real estate.  As the Midwest Properties’ head of Asset Management, Dan’s responsibilities include overseeing the financial forecasting, property management and lease renewals for the overall portfolio. Dan also participates in the design and scope of property renovation as well as leading a team of property managers who support the day to day operations that ensure the efficiency and success of the company’s assets.

Dan holds a Bachelor‘s of Science from Indiana University
