Chris has over 14 years of experience in construction and facilities management of industrial, office and multifamily properties. His expertise includes comprehensive building assessment, project management and construction, and building envelope renovation.

At Midwest Properties, Chris is responsible for implementing building renovation and tenant improvement projects to ensure proper building renovation and delivery to Tenants across the portfolio. These tasks regularly include tenant communication, city and county permitting, subcontractor coordination and oversight, job cost management, and timely project delivery.
