Carissa Heard

Carissa Heard brings over 19 years of Property Management experience to the team.  Carissa’s expertise includes the management of office, industrial, retail, residential, and mixed-use properties throughout the United States. In her role at Midwest Properties, Carissa oversees the operations and financial performance for a portion of the Midwest Portfolio, which includes budgeting, collection of receivables, monitoring of property expenses and tenant relations.

Carissa is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person in the state of Ohio and an Associate Member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, Chapter 9.
