Drew Wall

Drew has a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market in the areas of leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, market research and marketing, covering multiple market segments including industrial, office and retail asset classes. At Midwest Properties, Drew serves as the Director of Leasing, where his responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of leasing from start to finish which include designing space layouts, marketing vacancies, negotiating lease terms, drafting and negotiating new leases along with lease renewals for the company’s overall portfolio.

Drew holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Cincinnati.
